DQJ型顶驱减震器是一种新型的井口顶驱减震保护工具，接装于顶驱和钻杆之间（也可以用于钻杆和钻铤之间），主要用于浅井钻井作业钻具跳钻时对顶驱的保护。它通过两种阻尼弹簧元件，碟簧和硅油的压缩来吸收钻具的跳动和振动，在其受拉和受压状态都具有减震功能，可以有效的减少跳钻对顶驱的振动影响，进而对顶驱具有良好的保护作用。
Type DQJ Top Drive Shock Absorber is a new type of wellhead top drive shock sub, which is connected between top drive and DP. It is mainly used to protect top drive when drilling tool trips in shallow Wells. It absorbs the bouncing and vibration of the drilling tool through the compression of two damping spring elements, disc spring and silicone oil. It has shock absorption function in both tension and compression, which can effectively reduce the vibration impact of bouncing on the top drive, and then has a good protective effect on top drive.
