A new dual-acting vibration eliminating tool, through the action of the hydraulic damping element on the the working section, the vibration elimination can be achieved no matter the lift up or the lower down. It has the advantages of good maintainability, high load resistance and high service life, while the product can fully adapt to the needs of different formations, ensure that the entire drill string system during the drilling process of the upper and lower vibration is completely isolated of alternate stress fatigue failure, reducing drilling accident.
