ZTX 型高效震荡减阻尾管下入装置连接在钻柱串中，可使工具上部的钻柱独立于下部的钻柱而单独旋转。在下部钻柱遇阻、遇卡时，可以消除上部钻柱旋转时的阻力和摩擦，减轻钻柱的螺旋扭曲。工具内部设置有“压力激活离合器”，通过对工具中心管内憋压形成一定压差，剪断工具内部预设的剪钉，使工具上下两部分重新结合形成同步旋转，将上方钻柱的扭矩传递到下方钻柱。
Model ZTX high-efficient vibration resistance reduction tail pipe running tool is connected to the drill string, so that the drill string at upper end of the tool can individually rotate independent of the drill string at the lower end. When any blockage or obstruction occurs to the drill string at the lower end, the tail pipe can eliminate the resistance and friction which is caused by the rotation of the drill string at the upper end, and reduce the helical distortion of the drill string. A "pressure activated clutch" is set inside the tool to form some differential pressure to hold the pressure in the central tube, and the shear pins inside the tool make the upper part and lower part to reform recombination and synchronous rotation, transferring the torque of the upper drill string to the drill string at the lower end.
